It is the service provided to ships, on board, by specially qualified seafarers, in order to mitigate the inherent risk of navigation and maneuvering in restricted waters.
The Company
Ceara Marine Pilots is the largest and most traditional pilotage company in the state of Ceará and its mission is to operate safely and efficiently the ships that call at local ports.
Ceara Ports
There are currently two ports in Ceara State. The port of Mucuripe, managed by Companhia Docas, in the capital Fortaleza and the Port of Pecem, in the municipality of Sao Gonçalo do Amarante.
